Chef Rusdi started in Culinary Industry somewhere in 1992 as a Kitchen Helper at Factory canteen,Pulau Pinang Malaysia.He was moved on in few of 5 star hotel to learn and get more experiences.He came to Ireland on April 2000 as Chef de Partie at Kilanney Tower Hotel.As a young man by the time he has gained a lot experience and knowledge.With the commitment and hard work he has been given a responsibility to manage 1 Restaurant in Lemongrass Naas,Kildare as Head Chef.Under his management the restaurant has been awarded 'Best Restaurant' in 2003.From 2004 he has move on his carrier to Victoria Hall Restaurant Co Leitrim as Head Chef.Once again this Restaurant has been selected by a local magazine by name Food & Wine Magazine as Best Asian Food Awarded.Chef Rusdi has been review in the magazine on September 2006.Chef Rusdi expertise in Western Food,Malay Traditional Food and Thai Food.In 2006 he moved to one of the famous and busy Restaurant in Dublin, Kealy's of Cloghran Restaurant as Senior Chef. As a Senior Chef he has very big responsibility.Working in busy kitchen like in Kealy's of Cloghran Restaurant it not an easy work.The Restaurant can make about 400 to 700 customer per day.But for Chef Rusdi,the task has been given by the management is a big commitment for him.
